Source: Margit Jungmann wants to run for WMA Presidency 2018 in Malaga
The German Team Leader and WMA Executive Vice-President Margit Jungmann was nominated by the German Athletic Federation last weekend to run for the Presidency of WMA. She wants to receive the batton from Stan Perkins because he has to leave the position due to the new constitution (8 years of presidency).
In Malaga during the World Masters Athletics Championships in 2018 the world community of masters athletics has to decide about her nomination.
Until now there is no other candidate who has been nominated by another federation – but there are some months to go.
