Man Kaur at 103 the oldest athlete to be competing at the 2019 World masters Athletics Championships is from India and is already a world champion outdoor winning the 200m and javelin competitions back in malaga.
This time whilst in Poland at WMACI2019 Man Kaur has taken the Shot Put title and is focused on the long Jump title next.
One thing is for sure, Man loves Athletics and competing and as a fellow Masters Athlete I applaud the dedication and can only hope and dream I have half as much tenacity in my later years!
