Created Jan 2017

When trying to find news and articles and just general links for Masters Athletics I struggled!

So I created this site as a personal repository for my thoughts and ideas on athletics training and sometimes life itself. This will be a log for my time as a master athlete now that I have finally reached and surpassed the age of 35.
I will be chronicling my training and competitions and also my own review of resources that I come across since I started athletics. And putting as much about Masters Athletics in one place as I can, for me… for you!

I am a competing athlete and UK Athletics Licensed Sprints coach with a squad based at Coventry Godiva Harriers.
